Felix Garcia is a distinguished expert in Cross-Connection Control and a licensed C-36 Plumbing Contractor, with over 25 years of hands-on experience in water safety and regulatory compliance. As the founder of Felix Backflow Prevention, he brings a wealth of technical knowledge and leadership to every project.
Felix managed the Cross-Connection Control Program for the City of San Diego for over 18 years, where he oversaw system-wide compliance, safety initiatives, developed policy and standards. His background also includes design work for water and sewer infrastructure projects, and he has served as an adjunct instructor for over 14 years at Grossmont/Cuyamaca College, teaching specialized courses in Backflow Prevention and Cross-Connection Control.
